This past week has been one of the hardest of my life. People say I've gone from suicidally depressed to homicidally happy within the course of two minutes. I've never had people be so careful around me. It's really weird. I'm doing okay though. It's sort of an empty lifestyle, but it does give me some more time to work out my male characters. *wink wink* Just kidding. It's really not that easy. Whoever said, "It's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all" was a big fuckin' fibber. If you want to watch a movie that illustrates this whole scenario perfectly watch... (more)

When somebody loved me,

Everything was beautiful

Every hour we spent together lives within my heart

And when he was sad,

I was there to dry his tears

And when he was happy,

So was I

When he loved me

Through the summer and the fall

We had each other, that was all

Just he and I together,

Like it was meant to be

And when he was lonely,

I was there to comfort him

And I knew that he loved me

So the years went by

I stayed the same

But he began to drift away

I was left alone

Still I waited for the day

When he'd say I will always love... (more)

Sorry it's been so long. For those of you that are confused, I did get to go to Ozzfest, and my friends did indeed save me. We got there just in time to see As I Lay Dying, and we waited around through Killswitch Engage. The guitarist was wearing a pink sombrero and a cape. We had a mosh-pit start right next to us (Ali, Theresa, Rian and I) and then, during the last Killswitch number I almost fainted. It was fantastic. I started going numb and losing balance and everything got fuzzy and black and white. Rian almost died trying to get me to a place where I could sit. *hugs all who... (more)

I believe that every once in a while, everyone should flop down on their front lawn, even if it's the size of a postage stamp, and stare at the sky. Watching the clouds is one of the few moving things the whole world can share. Clouds are beautiful, and free. Totally free. You have to pay to ride a pony these days, but clouds are cheap thrills. You haven't lived until you've seen one shaped like a teapot.
